These terms of service are subject to change at any time. Please see last updated. By commissioning me, you are stating that you have read and agreed to the following terms:
These terms of service apply to the artist ggrotto_arts for any and all commission or payment related agreements.PAYMENTS:
1. Customer and artist must agree to pricing in writing prior to the sketch process.
2. Payment is up front for orders under $30USD. Client may do half and half over $30CAD.
3. Customer accepts that the commission process will not begin until the first payment has been approved.
4. All payment must be made in USD through either PAYPAL, KO-FI, or VGEN.
5. Customer accepts responsibility of any currency conversion, bank transfers, or any extra fees outside of the previously agreed commission price.REVISIONS:
6. Any revisions outside of what is stated below may be met with an extra fee of +5USD per revision.
7. Customer has the right to three complete revisions in the sketch phase.
8. Customer has the right to minor revisions after completion.
9. Major revisions after completion can be denied by artist.REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS:
10. Customer has the right to demand a refund after one month of no progress. Refund conditions are subject to progress of commission and exclude strenuous circumstances such as illness, accident, or other documented reason.
11. Artist has the right to refuse or fully refund a commission at any time without explanation.
11b. NO REFUNDS after the sketch has been approved.
12. Customer must respond to the artist in a clear and prompt manner. Lack of communication will result in the commission remaining unfinished with no refund.
13. Harrasment or other direspectful behaviour will result in a cancellation of all work progress. Customer may receive a full or partial refund depending on progress.
13b. Artist has the right to refuse service to the customer in the future.PERSONAL & COMMERCIAL USE:
14. Commissions are solely for personal use. They may not be for commercial use.
15. Customer may not use commission for NFTs, AI, cryptocurrency, or any related fields.
16. Customer may not claim work as their own or attempt to erase watermark.
